Condition B: repaired tears from top and bottom, through central image; repaired tears and abrasions at edges.

Ewart studied as a commercial designer in both Montreal and New York City and designed his first poster for the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1939. Ewart worked for the Railway for 20 years and created more than 24 different posters for the company. The "stainless steel luxury transcontinental called The Canadian, with its scenic observation dome, [was] inaugurated on April 15, 1955." This is the English version.
